Dasra, is a registered nonprofit in India dedicated to empowering civil society organizations, driving strategic philanthropic investments, and enabling governments to better serve communities. Since 1999, Dasra has partnered with numerous nonprofit organizations to help India achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. Additionally, it has united philanthropists worldwide to support development initiatives in India, offering them tailored assistance.
KSF is not just an NGO but a hope to embrace, empower, and mainstream the deeply marginalized communities including, but not limited to, LGBTQIA+. It is a step forward in bringing much-needed change for the betterment of the community and society in its entirety. Launched on 13th October 2018, just a month after the decriminalization of Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, KSF has worked tirelessly to bring the marginalized communities to the forefront of Indian society and to enable them to live a life of dignity and respect, the same which is afforded to the mainstream communities.
Godrej DEI Lab is experimental space, committed to creating an inclusion ecosystem within as well as outside the Godrej Industries group of companies. Working on empowering inclusion within the group, help build DEI ecosystems across corporate India and aim to bring ideas and innovation related to DEI to the mainstream. In addition, every company within the group has a DEI team with specific goals to enhance representation and inclusion.
